Human resources technician
The Human Resources Technician will assist the team with recruitment mandates and administration related to human resources programs.
Monday to Friday / Located in Baie-d'Urfé / 37.5 hours per week / From $20/hr to $25/hr depending on experience / Temporary 6-month position with possibility of permanent position
Responsibilities
- Complete recruitment cycle (postings, screening, interviews, hiring);
- Organize and participate in the integration program for new employees;
- Participate in the development of new tools to ensure a positive candidate experience;
- Contribute to the administration of human resources files.
Requirements
- College or university training in human resources;
- 1-2 years' experience in the field;
- Ability to draft HR procedures and documents;
- Computer and Office suite skills;
- Fluent in spoken and written French, as well as functional English for discussions with candidates and employees as needed;
- Organized, autonomous, good time and priority management and excellent communication skills.
