Administration technician (logistics)
The Administration Technician for the Logistics Department is responsible for entering parts consumption data and carrying out various tasks relating to the monitoring of the logistics and supply chain. The incumbent is also responsible for producing reports linked to this information, and for drafting work and quality control procedures.
Monday to Friday / Located in Baie-d'Urfé / 37.5 hours per week / $21.00/hr to $25.00/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the planning and supply chain team;
- Monitor inventories and parts consumption;
- Prepare data for revision of min/max and forecast parts, and update systems;
- Follow up purchases and goods receipts with the team;
- Follow-up on project and installation shipments;
- All other related tasks & projects.
Requirements
- College diploma in business administration or operations and supply chain management;
- - Administrative experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel intermediate - V search and pivot table);
- Knowledge of ERP software (an asset);
- Functional English;
- Detail-oriented, organized;
- Be autonomous and have good learning skills;
- Good priority management;
- Take a global view, a systemic approach.
