Logistics coordinator
Under the supervision of the Logistics Supervisor, the Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting logistics operations. He/she coordinates shipments, manages parts and work orders, and ensures communication between internal teams and external partners. He/she contributes to the preparation and management of documents required for shipments and customs formalities. He/she participates in the general activities of the logistics team, providing assistance as required.
Monday to Friday / Located in Baie-d'Urfé / Temporary with possibility of extension / Salary based on experience
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate shipments, from tender to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery and carrier satisfaction;
- Liaise between road technicians, the logistics department and external partners to ensure that operations run smoothly;
- Manage parts and inventory by transferring, tracking and closing work orders;
- Prepare shipping and customs documents, validate parts before invoicing and keep price list up to date;
- Support teams with mobile application issues and follow up on repackaging requests;
- Participate in logistics department activities and maintain fluid communication with colleagues and internal partners.
Requirements
- A degree in logistics, administration or a related field, combined with a minimum of three years' experience in logistics, administration or coordination in a manufacturing environment (or any other experience deemed equivalent);
- At ease with computer tools. Experience with an ERP system;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with rigor and efficiency;
- Autonomy, initiative and excellent customer service skills;
- Goodcommunication and teamwork skills;
- Fluency inFrench and functional English (necessary to interact with certain carriers and consult technical documents).
