Technical Integration and Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Monday to Friday / Located in Baie-d'Urfé / 37.5 hours per week / Starting at $75,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Translate the requirements and specifications of commercial projects into clear, structured instructions for operational teams;
- Review, create, and maintain the BOMs (Bill of Materials) and ensure data integrity in the ERP system;
- Coordinate activities among the sales, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and service teams;
- Support the launch of production (routing, work instructions, tooling) and facilitate the initial production runs;
- Work with product experts to ensure the quality of training, documentation, and technical knowledge transfer to field teams;
- Monitor technical changes (ECO/ECN) and ensure their effective implementation in operations;
- Map key operational processes and identify pain points, particularly at the interfaces between teams;
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing performance (timelines, quality, costs) and contribute to the standardization of practices and the evolution of processes;
- Develop and monitor performance metrics and dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or operations management, or a technical college diploma with relevant experience; Lean/Six Sigma certification (preferred);
- 3 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including BOM, NPI, or technical transfer and continuous improvement;
- Eexperience in cross-functional coordination and process mapping;
- MProficiency in an ERP system (IFS, SAP, or equivalent) as well as mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and advanced Excel;
- Ability to read technical drawings and organize information clearly;
- Strong skills: attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical thinking, independence, and the ability to influence others;
- BBilingualism in French and English required (functional English for professional communication).
