Commercial Project Coordinator
Under the general supervision of the Account Manager, the Commercial Project Coordinator is responsible for monitoring activities related to customer projects. The person will ensure coordination between the various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects progress in line with established deadlines and requirements. In addition to his/her project coordination role, he/she will provide administrative support to the account management and customer relations team.
Monday to Friday / Located in Baie-d'Urfé / 37.5 hours per week / Starting at $55,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to install machines and monitor operations;
- Organize weekly meetings with customers to discuss upcoming machine installations;
- Act as the main link between TOMRA and customers, facilitating communication and coordination of project activities.;
- Initiate equipment requests in the ERP system and follow up on requisitions;
- Ensure project documentation and deadlines are met;
- Provide administrative support to the account management and customer relations team;
- Inform the customer of any non-conformities found during installation.
Requirements
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in administration, management or a related field;
- 3 to 5 years' experience in customer relations, customer service or industrial project coordination;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills;
- Thoroughness and attention to detail in project management and administrative follow-up;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Customer service skills and ability to maintain good working relationships;
- Good command of IT tools, in particular an ERP system and the Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience in an industrial or commercial environment, familiarity with facilities and equipment management (an asset);
- Knowledge of English (spoken and written).
