Administrative agent
Under the supervision of the Growth and Commercialization Manager, the Administrative Officer provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for projects sold. He/she is responsible for all recurring and time-consuming tasks relating to delivery preparation, logistics follow-up, ERP data entry and technical documentation.
Monday to Friday / Located in Baie-d'Urfé / 37.5 hours per week / Salary between $22/hr and $31.25/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Enter installation requests in the ERP system and ensure data updates;
- Work with logistics to plan deliveries and coordinate machine pick-ups;
- Monitor construction start dates and update project schedules;
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of technical documents required for projects;
- Prepare and send out service contract renewal letters, in collaboration with the finance department;
- Create user manuals for projects;
- Write product specification sheets and structure project documentation;
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and customer management activities.
Requirements
- AEC/DEC in administration or any equivalent combination of experience and training will be considered;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative position in a technical environment;
- Reading technical drawings and building bills of materials (BOM) in an industrial environment, an asset;
- Proficiency inOffice suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, sharepoint);
- Knowledge of management software (ERP, CRM);
- Good command of French (spoken and written);
- Fluent English (required for writing documentation);
- Good writing skills and document layout;
- Organization, priority management, rigor and attention to detail;
- Good interpersonal skills and effective communication;
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
